Every effort will be made to process and pack all within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

As we are a small business there may be times where we are away competing and are unable to process and pack all orders within 24 hours. But we will do everything in our power to get your parcel to you as soon as possible.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we cannot offer reimbursement for this package.

JnK Collective is not responsible for any additional fees charged from International Customs or Post Office Bills.

These prices can change due to sales, increase in postage rates or a decrease in postage rates.

Some Countries may as have to pay customs on their orders.

Fulfillment

Orders will be dispatched within 24hrs of order being placed, unless otherwise stated on the website.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched by COB on the next business day. 

Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for dispatch during busy sale periods.
