enforced upon arrival. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can follow your parcel’s journey through the carrier link provided. You can also log into our customer hub to track your order.

We accept returns within 30 days from the receipt, as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

Yes — if the item is in stock. Exchanges follow the same 30-day return window.

We do not provide monetary refunds. In the event of a refund we will added store credit to your account.

We design for real riders — meaning durable fabrics, practical pockets, horse-friendly colours, and flattering fits tested by everyday equestrians.

Cold wash only, inside out, and avoid tumble-drying to preserve fabric quality and stretch.
